Christmas lunch party menu

served 12pm-4.30pm every day until 24th December

All meals served with fresh bread

Roasted butternut squash, tarragon and caramelised shallot soup

with crispy garlic croutons and rocket pesto

 

Crispy duck, haggis and coriander spring rolls

with chive sour cream, pickled ginger, tomato and cucumber salsa

Peterhead smoked mackerel rillette

with red pepper and lime chutney, crispy seeded flatbread

with crushed root vegetables,sage roasted baby potatoes, cranberry relish and port gravy

Grilled fillet of Scrabster hake

with slow cooked tomato, butterbean and sweet potato stew, parmesan tuille

 

Confit Ayrshire pork belly

with pork and herb chipolatas, savoy cabbage, crisp potato croquette, Arran mustard cream sauce

Parsnip and Inverloch goats cheese risotto

with pan fried wild mushrooms, scallion, chilli and toasted pinenut dressing
